Injury Protection

Injury Protection applies to pre-match bets on any of the markets listed above (where available) for any NRL (including State of Origin) match. For single bets, if the player you have backed is ruled out due to injury before the first half ends, your stake will be returned as Bet Credits.

Where a pre-match selection on any of the markets listed above is part of a multiple bet and the player you have backed is ruled out due to injury before the first half ends, the relevant selection will be made void and any subsequent returns from the bet that includes this selection will be paid as Bet Credits.

Where a pre-match selection on any of the markets listed above is part of a Bet Builder bet and the player you have backed is ruled out due to injury before the first half ends, the Bet Builder bet will be made void and your stake will be returned as Bet Credits.

If the outcome of your selection has already been determined before your selected player is ruled out due to injury, or your selection goes on to be a winner, then Injury Protection will not apply and your bet will be settled in line with our Rugby League rules, as applicable.

Injury Protection will not apply where a bet has been Cashed Out. Where a qualifying bet has been Cashed Out, the Injury Protection will apply to the remaining active stake.

In the event of your selected player having already fulfilled their part of a Scorecast, Anytime Scorecast or Wincast bet prior to being ruled out due to injury and the bet goes on to be a loser, Injury Protection will not apply. For example if you place a Scorecast bet on a Rugby League game with a correct score of 28-22, and your player scores the first try before being ruled out, but the match ends 24-22, your bet will be settled as lost.

We will endeavour to apply Bet Credits to your account as a result of Injury Protection as soon as possible once your player has been ruled out due to injury. For Scorecast, Anytime Scorecast and 1st Half Scorecast markets, Bet Credits will be applied after the end of the match. Multiple bets are dependent on the outcome of the other selections.

Your Bet Credits are non-withdrawable. Any returns from Bet Credits stakes will be added to your Withdrawable Balance but Bet Credits stakes are not included in any returns. For example, a $10 bet placed at odds of 3.00 (2/1) would give a return of $30 ($20 winnings plus $10 stake), whereas a $10 Bet Credits stake placed at odds of 3.00 (2/1) would give a net return of $20, as the $10 Bet Credits stake is not returned.

Stakes can be funded in part by your Bet Credits and part with your Withdrawable Balance; however the Bet Credits element of the stake will not be included in any returns. For example, a $20 bet placed at odds of 3.00 (2/1) which was funded by $10 Bet Credits and $10 cash would give a net return of $50 ($40 winnings plus $10 cash stake) as the $10 Bet Credits stake would not be returned. If a bet is void and has had an opportunity to win (for example, in the event of a push), Bet Credits stakes will not be returned. If a bet is void and has not had an opportunity to win (for example, when a Goalscorer bet is placed on a player who does not then take part in the match), Bet Credits stakes will be returned.

Your Bet Credits will expire 7 days after they are added to your Bet Credits balance. If additional Bet Credits are added to your Bet Credits balance within this 7 day period, the total Bet Credits balance will expire 7 days after the last addition.

Where any term of the offer, promotion or settlement is breached or there is any evidence of a series of bets placed by a customer or group of customers, which due to enhanced payments, Free Bets, risk free bets, Bet Credits or any other promotional offer results in guaranteed customer profits irrespective of the outcome, whether individually or as part of a group, bet365 may reclaim the enhanced payment, Free Bet, risk free bet or Bet Credit element of such offers and/or void any bet funded by the Free Bet or Bet Credits. In addition, where there is evidence of such activity, bet365 may levy an administration charge on the customer up to the value of the Bet Credits, Free Bet, risk free bet or enhanced payment towards the administrative costs incurred in identifying and taking action against the activity.

bet365 may reclaim any bonus amount, Free Bets, Bet Credits, refund amount or enhanced payments that have been awarded in error.

bet365 may, at any time, make minor amendments to this promotion or settlement to correct typographical errors or to improve on clarity or customer experience and may cancel this promotion or settlement for legal or regulatory reasons.

Employees, officers and directors of bet365, its promotional or other agencies, licensees and licensors, service providers and any other associated or affiliated companies shall not be eligible for the promotion or settlement. The same terms shall apply to the direct families of such persons.
